離開島很久的弟弟成為地產經紀回到鹽田梓，回憶起和哥哥一起在鹽田梓成長的兒時回憶，但其實本身選擇留在島的哥哥已經不在了。
觀眾被設定為「地產投資者」，跟隨弟弟登島，參與「買地」的體驗，逐步融入時空穿梭的劇情，成為兄弟間的回憶見證者與參與者。

"Unfolded Horizon" - Fung Ka Fai, Wong Ka Chun
A long-absent younger brother—now a real estate agent—returns to Yim Tin Tsai and re-enters the ghostly traces of the childhood he shared with his elder brother, who is gone.
Audience members, framed as property investors, follow him onto the island. What begins as a “land acquisition” experience dissolves into a time-warped journey, where they become witnesses and participants in a fragile reconstruction of memory.
