#6 海鬼 Sea-Ghosts

《海鬼》- 左君悠

海鬼透過編舞手法，喚醒那些因填海造陸、屠戮事件與遺忘歷史而沉眠的海靈從祖先的海岸線中浮現，哀思、佔據空間和說話。

居於雪梨的香港藝術家左君悠，透過雕塑、裝置和表演創作，重新想像移民定居者與地方之間失落的身體聯繫。

Sea-Ghosts uses choreography to allow spiritual conduits to emerge from ancestral coastlines to grief, take up space, speak and revive. Drawing upon familial grief to process colonial grief, the performance aims to wake up the sea-ghosts buried through land reclamation, massacres and forgotten histories.

Natalie Quan Yau Tso’s practice re-imagines the lost embodied connection to place as a migrant-settler through sculptures, installations and performances. Her process is guided by her body as a meeting of place and histories, investigating bodily boundaries as political boundaries. She is a Hong Kong artist based in Sydney, Australia.
